 FARM 1: is 148+/- acres in Major County, Oklahoma with an approx. 24 x 72 Morton building and located on blacktop road on the west edge of Ames, Oklahoma. Hoyle Creek runs the length of the property dividing into separate fields of grassland used for haying and grazing and it is served by roads on the north and east sides. The southeast corner of this farm has almost 2 acres in thick tree-covered habitat, separated by railroad tracks.  The balance of the farm is well-drained and gently sloping grassland.
