PROPERTY LOCATIONS: (7 FARMS) are located east of U.S. Hwy 81 in Kingfisher County. (1 FARM) is located in the SE corner of Major County, on the west side of Ames, OK.  For the exact location of all farms, see map link below or view map on auction website. (Watch for Auction Signs).

FARM 5:  77+/- acres in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma that had previously been in crop production but is not currently being farmed. The property has excellent access via a blacktop road along the north side and has a lot of possibilities for the new owner. The farm could transition into a cattle farm and the southern portions of the property appear to have a higher water table which could potentially be utilized for conservation purposes or improved for waterfowl hunting.   

Soil Types: Dougherty-Eufaula complex, 0-3% slopes, class 3e & 4e.
