FARM 4: 135+/- acres in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma that is currently in grass pasture but lends itself to crop production if so desired. The farm is easily accessed via county road on the east side and blacktop frontage on the south side of the farm. This property is close to Dover, Oklahoma and U.S. Hwy 81. This farm offers a diversified combination for small grain or hay production with grazing and hunting features. There’s a thick tree covered area (approximately 8 acres) in the eastern portion of the farm just south of a nice sized pond.
