FARM 2: 157+/- acres in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma consisting of outstanding hunting and recreational land on Skeleton Creek. This farm provides first-class Whitetail Deer hunting and has all of the necessary components for a trophy hunting experience with almost a mile of Skeleton Creek snaking through the middle of the property. The areas along the creek are dense timber that divides the cropland with mid-level cover in the transition areas. Soil types are favorable for all crops grown in the area and will support high protein grain and forage crops for wildlife habitat. The large trees provide adequate roosting areas for Rio Grande Turkey and cover for small game. The water features along skeleton creek together with the water traps and marshy areas on neighboring farms allow for Waterfowl hunting opportunities. This is a secluded area with very limited traffic.
