PROPERTY LOCATIONS: (7 FARMS) are located east of U.S. Hwy 81 in Kingfisher County. (1 FARM) is located in the SE corner of Major County, on the west side of Ames, OK.  For the exact location of all farms, see map link below or view map on auction website. (Watch for Auction Signs).

 FARM 1: is 148+/- acres in Major County, Oklahoma with an approx. 24 x 72 Morton building and located on blacktop road on the west edge of Ames, Oklahoma. Hoyle Creek runs the length of the property dividing into separate fields of grassland used for haying and grazing and it is served by roads on the north and east sides. The southeast corner of this farm has almost 2 acres in thick tree-covered habitat, separated by railroad tracks.  The balance of the farm is well-drained and gently sloping grassland. The barn is located on the north side along the road and is approximately 24×72 with metal roof and siding.  

Soil Types: Canadian fine sandy loam, 0-1% slopes, class 1; Waldeck loam, 0-1% slopes, class 2w; Derby loamy fine sand, 0-3% slopes, class 3e; Gaddy fine sand, 0-1% slopes, class 5w. 

FSA Info: According to the Major County, OK FSA Office, there are 69.87 cropland acres, with a 61.60 acre wheat base and 33 bushel yield.
