We have recently sold multiple tracts of hunting land in northwest Oklahoma to cash buyers from Mississippi and Louisiana. In an effort to extend their hunting seasons across multiple states, these gentlemen are seeking to purchase additional Hunting Land in southern Kansas. The target area for their acquisitions is centered around Corwin, Kansas. They would be interested in knowing of any land available for sale within a 40-mile radius of this area. This group is made up of 4 hunters, each of which will need at least 80 acres to obtain a non-resident landowner deer tag. They would also be interested in looking at larger tracts of land. In the event there is a tract available that is larger than 80 acres, the buyers are willing to collectively purchase the entire tract and divide it amongst themselves. However, their initial goal is to find multiple smaller tracts between 80-160 acres, rather than purchase a single large tract.
These buyers are willing to rent any cropland back to the current operator, as well as negotiate grazing leases outside of deer season at very favorable rates and ask that current operator help manage the property.
